HB 420, 39th R.S.
Relating to requiring all operators of motor vehicles on the public highways of this State to report all accidents of every kind and character to sheriffs, chiefs of police, and city marshals to the State Highway Commission; requiring the publication in the public press, monthly, and in the annual reports by the State Highway Commission of statistics so collected; providing a penalty for failure to make such reports by operators; defining the terms used in this act.
