HB 226, 39th R.S.
Relating to regulating the plotting and subdivision of land and the sale of small lots of land in cities and towns and within three miles thereof; requiring the approval of plats by the city or town; providing penalty for the sale of land without such approval; prohibiting the recording by the county clerk of deed and plats without the approval by the city or town, and prescribing penalties therefor; providing that all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
