HB 269, 39th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute relating to the nomination of candidates through a primary election so as to provide that where no candidate for any State or district office in the first primary receives a majority of all the votes cat at such primary for such office, that then a sufficient number of the leading candidates so participating in said first primary, as in the aggregate have polled a majority of al vote cast at the first primary for any such office, shall have their name printed on the ballot in the second primary as candidates for such office.
