HB 193, 38th 2nd C.S.

Relating to providing for keeping records of marriages and divorces and fees therefor; providing that the State Bureau of Vital Statistics shall keep a record of all marriage licenses issued by them on blanks furnished by the State Board of Health fixing a fee for the same and providing that he shall report monthly to the State Board of Health.
