SB 261, 38th R.S.
Relating to providing that when there is a defect in substance, form or parties in any petition for a writ of error pending before any of the Appellate Courts of this State, the writ of error shall not be dismissed because of such defect until after the plaintiff in error is given an opportunity to cure the same.
