SB 226, 38th R.S.
Relating to providing that any hotel or boarding house or other place to which the people resort for board or lodging, and which place repeatedly permit employees or guests to make, sell or give away intoxicating liquor, or permits gambling or prostitution, shall be declared a nuisance to be abated by the courts.
