HB 521, 38th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Article of the Penal Code of 1911 so as to provide that any person who knowingly, without the consent of the owner or agent enter the enclosed and posted lands of another and shall, with firearms or dogs, hunt on such lands, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, thereof shall be punished by a fine not more than two hundred dollars.
