Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure of the State of Texas in order to allow persons charges as principals, accomplices and accessories, whether they be charged as such in the same indictment or information or different indictments or information, to be introduced as witnesses for one another, but not preventing any person so charged from claiming a severance.
