HB 232, 38th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute so as to prohibit commissioners courts and supervisors of levee improvement districts from letting any contract calling for or requiring the expenditure of two thousand dollars ($2000) or more without first submitting same to competitive bids and publishing notice of the proposed letting of such contract; providing that contracts made in violation of this act shall not be enforced and may be enjoined.
