Relating to providing for the licensing of chiropractors; for registering license granted to and certain sworn statements required to be made by chiropractors, and providing for the duty of the county clerk in reference thereto; providing for the right to practice chiropractic in the State of Texas, and the making of death certificates and other certificates.
