HB 91, 38th R.S.
Relating to defining, regulating and controlling fraternal benefit societies so as to provide that where a member of such a society fails to designate a beneficiary or the beneficiary designated is dead or has no insurable interest in the life of the member, the death benefits shall not be forfeited, but shall be paid to the persons named in said section in the order therein named.
