SB 372, 36th R.S.
Relating to providing for the payment of witnesses brought before the Court of Criminal Appeals on any hearings requiring the production of oral testimony; providing that such witnesses shall receive the same compensation as witnesses in ordinary felony cases, and that the officers summoning said witnesses shall be paid the same fees as for like services in ordinary felony cases.
