Relating to preventing any person, firm, association of persons or corporation form furnishing water that is impure, unwholesome, unpotable and polluted, for domestic purpose; providing certain duties of public officers under this Act, and the compensation they are to receive for their services; providing penalty for the violation of the provision of this Act.
