SB 325, 36th Regular Session
Relating to making it unlawful for any civil engineer, employed by the State of Texas, any county or municipality, to draft or approve plans, calculate bids or advise in regard to the construction of and cost of any kind of public improvements, to knowingly make a false report to said employer in regard to said work or bids.
