Relating to validating the sales of Public Free School land on condition of settlement, in cases where purchaser settled on the land but failed to get his affidavit in the land office within the time required by law, and in cases where the purchaser was forced to leave the land on account of the drouth, and in cases where the purchaser was drafted or volunteered into the services of the United States.
