Relating to amending certain statute relating to appeals in the granting, refusing to grant, dissolving and refusing to dissolve injunctions; and providing that transcript may be filed in the Court of Civil Appeals not later than twenty days after entry of such order or judgment of record, and providing for giving appellee copy of brief filed, if there be one.
