SB 42, 36th R.S.
Relating to requiring every railroad company, interurban car company and streetcar company doing business in this State during certain months of each year, and when its cars are in use by and for the accommodation of the public or when being propelled by its employee, to keep each of its said cars at said times sufficiently heated at a temperature of not less than sixty degrees Fahrenheit for the accommodation and use of its passengers and employees making use of said cars; providing a penalty for violations of the provisions of this Act.
