HB 460, 36th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute relating to Confederate pensions by providing that out of the fund created under the provisions of said statute, there shall be paid an annual pension of eight and one-third ($8.33) dollars per month to be paid quarterly to every disabled and indigent soldier who served the State of Texas in protecting its frontier against Indian raids and Mexican marauders, or as a member of the militia who was in active service for at least six months during the war between the States, and to each widow of any such soldier in indigent circumstances, and to each indigent and disabled Confederate soldier or sailor,and to the widow of any such Confederate soldier or sailor in indigent circumstances.
