HB 578, 36th R.S.
Relating to regulating the purity of paint, varnish, filler, stain, linseed oil, turpentine and all other similar substances; and providing for the branding and labeling of the same; that the Dairy and Food Commissioner of this State shall make such rule and regulations as may be necessary for the enforcement of this Act, and for penalty for violation of same.
