Relating to defining and regulating the practice veterinary medicine, surgery and dentistry; creating a Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners for the examining and licensing of veterinary physicians and surgeons, dentists, and prescribing their powers, duties and qualifications; providing for the proper registration of veterinary physicians, surgeons and dentists, and providing for the revocation of their licenses and fixing suitable penalties for the violation of this act.
