Relating to providing for the Live Stock Sanitary Commission to co-operate with the Bureau of Animal Industry, United States Department of Agriculture, for the eradication of tuberculosis among the cattle within the State of Texas, and providing for the partial indemnification to the owner of cattle reacting to the tuberculin test providing for the appraisement of cattle reacting to the tuberculin test.
