HB 51, 36th R.S.
Relating to amending certain articles by providing that each person now, or who hereafter may be engaged in the Ranger service of the State shall take the oath of office prescribed by the constitution of the State of Texas for other officers, and shall execute a bond in the sum of $2500.00, conditioned as provided in this act, and making certain acts of such officers unlawful, and providing for suits on such bonds by the injured party or the party damaged, and providing for the venue of such suits.
