HB 15, 36th R.S.
Relating to repealing chapter and title of certain statute providing for the election of a Commissioner of Agriculture, prescribing his qualifications, duties and location and term of his office; providing that all duties, functions and services required by said chapter and title to be performed and rendered by the Commissioner of Agriculture shall, from and after the taking effect of this Act, be rendered and performed so far as may be practiceable and necessary by the Agricultural & Mechanical College of Texas, and that this Act take effect and be in force from and after January 1, 1921.
