HB 154, 36th R.S.
Relating to prohibiting the operation, exhibition, or maintenance of pool tables, billiard tables, and ten pin alleys, and like devices for pay, compensation, fees, donations, and charges of any kind and providing that each and every day of fractional part of the day that such shall be known, operated, exhibited, kept, maintained shall constitute a separate offense for which said owner, proprietor, manager, or employee may be convicted and punished as provided in this Act, and providing a penalty therefor.
