Relating to amending certain Act supplementing the Live Stock Sanitary Commission for the State of Texas, and which is known as the Eradication of Cattle Ticks Law, so that hereafter the counties of Lampasas, Burnet, San Saba and Mills, in the State of Texas, shall be placed in Zone 2 instead of Zone 1.
