SB 72, 34th R.S.
Relating to granting permission to Philip H. Fall, Charles P MacGill and the heirs of E.B. Nichols, deceased, and their associates to bring suit in the District Court of Travis County to ascertain, adjudicate, fix and establish their claims against the State of Texas as owners and holders of certain claims and bonds therein mentioned and providing that the State Treasurer be authorized to pay out of the General Fund on the warrant of the Comptroller the amount of such judgment.
