Relating to amending article 1289 and 1290 of the penal code, making it an offense for any person to cut down, injure, destroy, haul or carry away any timber upon or from land not his own without the consent of the owner; stating certain kinds and forms of bushes and trees to be embraced within the meaning of the word "timber".
