Relating to amending the Acts of Legislature relating to validating certain surveys which for any reason might be deemed invalid, and to authorize the Commissioner of the General Land Office to issue patents therefor; said proposed amendment being to provide for the issuance of patents in cases, otherwise valid in all respects, where certified copies of certificates have been taken out and valid re-locations made thereunder, as well as where such certificates have not been taken out, as is provided under the present law.
