HB 687, 33rd R.S.
Relating to requiring any person or corporation undertaking to lay out or plat any addition of land within the limits of an incorporated city of more than five-thousand inhabitants before filing said plan or plat to submit a true copy thereof to the mayor and governing body of said city for their approval before said addition shall be offered for sale, providing penalties.
