HB 352, 33rd R.S.
Relating to providing that a shipment over any railroad or common carrier, if shipped from any place within the State and consigned to any other place in the State, shall be considered an intra-state shipment, and shipment to some place outside of the state, shall not be held to make it an interstate shipment.
