HB 484, 33rd R.S.
Relating to providing that fire insurance companies shall file with the State Insurance Board an application for the general basis schedules to specific risks; the rate shall be the maximum insurance rate to be charged; experts shall furnish to the owner, at the date of inspection, a copy of such inspection showing all defects that operate as charges to insurance rate; the board shall have power to compel any company to give policy holders credit for all hazards removed.
