HB 440, 33rd R.S.
Relating to providing, that where any carriage, buggy, wagon, plow or any article constructed, manufactured or repaired for any person, shall be liable for the price of the labor and material employed in constructing, manufacturing or repairing the same and giving a lien against the article.
