Relating to prohibiting the employment of girls and women under the age of twenty-one (21) years at any place where any alcoholic beverage containing alcohol in excess of one-half of one per centum (1/2%) by volume is sold, possessed or kept for the purpose of sale, and at any business establishment where liquor is permitted or allowed to be drunk, or consumed, on the premises.
