Relating to authorizing the qualified voters of Hooks Independent School District situated wholly within Bowie County, a district containing a certain number of square miles and having an assessed property valuation of not less thanthree hundred seventy thousand dollars, to determine whether or not any such district shall levy a tax for maintenance and bond purposes.
