Relating to creating the Texas Greyhound Racing Commission, prescribing the number of members thereof; defining member qualifications, terms of service, powers and jurisdiction; permitting race meetings and operation of pari-mutuel pools in connection therewith only under license of Commission; providing this act shall be known as the "Texas Greyhound Racing Commission Act."
