Relating to amending the Revised Civil Statutes relative to providing that a defendant filing a plea of privilege shall endorse the plea with his Post Office address and that service of a copy of a controverting plea showing the date of the hearing on such plea may be had by registered mail directed to the party claiming such privilege at the Post Office address given on the plea of privilege.
