Relating to making it unlawful to hunt, shoot, or kill any wild deer and/or non-migratory game bird for a period of four (4) years from and after the effective date of this Act in the County of Randall, State of Texas; fixing a penalty; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith in so far as they apply to Randall County.
