SB 311, 48th R.S.
Relating to authorizing the public school board to revise leases affecting all islands, salt water lakes, bays, inlets, marshes and reefs owned by the State within tidewater limits, and that portion of the Gulf of Mexico within the jurisdiction of Texas, upon such terms and considerations as the school land board may consider fair and advantageous to the State.
