SB 152, 48th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Statutes so as to provide anyone under twenty-one (21) years of age who has had his disabilities removed, shall be eligible for appointment as a notary public provided such person shall furnish the Secretary of State a certified copy of the judgment removing such disabilities.
