SB 115, 48th R.S.
Relating to amending the Penal Code by providing that any judge or clerk of an election, chairman or member of an executive committee, or officer of any primary, general, or special election, who willfully makes a false canvass of the votes cast, or false statement of the results of a canvass of ballots, shall be confined in the penitentiary for a term not less than two years nor more than five years.
