Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of the Texas College of Arts and Industries to sell or lease Farm Lots numbered 28, 29, and 30, in Farm Block 20 of the Kleburg Town and Improvement Company's sub-division of the suburbs of Escandido District, and Farm lots Nos. 4 and 5, in Farm Block 1, Kind Addition, as shown by the maps and plats of said lots on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kleburg County, Texas.
