HB 492, 48th R.S.
Relating to creating County-wide Equalization School Districts in all counties containing a population of not less than Fifteen Hundred (1,500) and not more than Twenty-Seven Hundred Seventy Five (2,775) according to the last preceding Federal Census and containing a valuation of Four Million ($4,000,000) dollars or more; providing for a saving clause; repealing all laws in conflict with this Act to the extent of such conflict only.
