Relating to authorizing and directing the Commissioner of the General Land Office of the State of Texas to deed, convey, assign, and/or transfer all right, title and interest of whatsoever class, kind and character directly or indirectly belonging to the State of Texas in and to that tract of land known as the thirty-five (35) acre park situated in Hillsboro in Hill County, Texas, and known as Jefferson Davis State Park, to the Robert E. Vaden Post, No. 4, of the American Legion of Hill County, Texas.
