Relating to amending statutes so as to provide that the term or phrase "an employing unit succeeding to the experience of another employing unit" shall be held to mean any individual or type of organization purchasing or acquiring a majority interest in and to the stock, or other properties, and/or right, title, interest or control of the former business, service or enterprise.
