Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to establish and maintain a Tomato Disease Laboratory and Agricultural Experiment Station at some point within the limits of Cherokee County in the State of Texas for the purpose of making scientific investigations and experiments in the production of tomatoes, cotton, corn, livestock, fruit trees, and other farm crops; providing a saving clause.
