Relating to reappropriating the unexpended balance remaining on April 15, 1943, of the appropriation made for the Nueces River Conservation and Reclamation District by the Regular Session of the Forty-seventh Legislature, Acts 1941, Chapter 144, Section 1.a., for the purpose of defraying the necessary expenses of said District in making and continuing to make the necessary surveys, investigations and the preparation of necessary plans for carrying out its construction program.
