HB 77, 48th R.S.
Relating to furthering the general welfare and governmental economy and to bring about increased efficiency in the service of all State departments, agencies and institutions of the State by providing a unified, comprehensive code of procedures for financial administration, including financial planning and budgeting, accounting and financial control, continuous post-auditing and pre-auditing of receivables, receipts and expenditures, purchasing and property control, management of general government buildings, and a merit system of appointing employees; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith; prescribing penalties for violations and provisions of this Act.
