Relating to amending Article of the Penal Code of the State of Texas so as to include cattle, cows, calves, bulls, steers, hogs, sheep, goats, jacks, and jennys, or any of them and requiring a description thereof, prescribing the penalty for violation thereof by the auctioneer, salesman, or party offering such animal or animals for sale.
