Relating to amending certain Statutes by fixing the compensation of the first assistant or chief deputy sheriff and other deputy sheriffs in counties where the population is not less than 15,000 and not more than 15,100 inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census and with a total area of not less than 569,250 square acres of land and not more than 569,500 square acres of land, the salary of the chief deputy sheriff in any county shall not exceed Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($2,400.00) per annum and the salary of any other assistant deputy sheriff shall not exceed Two Thousand One Hundred ($2,100.00) Dollars per annum.
