HJR 60, 49th R.S.
Relating to providing for a Constitutional Convention to be assembled in the City of Austin for the purpose of framing a new constitution;specifying the number of delegates and prescribing the qualifications of electors and the manner of conducting the election; authorizing the Governor to issue the proclamation convening the elected delegates, authorizing the Governor to issue his proclamation ordering said election, and making an appropriation to defray the expense of said convention.
